Hawks Cup Calendar and Tournament Draws

Each region will be made up of clusters who will participate in an after school tournament on one day of the following dates: Tues/Wed/Thur Oct 12.13,14 2010 with game times 4pm to 6pm. Playing venues will be at one of the competing schools TBC
A reserve date has been set for each cluster tournament on one day of the following dates: Tues/Wed/Thur Oct 19.20,21 2010 with game times 4pm to 6pm. Playing venues will be at one of the competing schools TBC
North Island and South Island Championships to be held on November 6th and 7th 2010 at Parrs Park Waitakere Auckland and Westminster Park Christchurch.
The NZ Under 16 squad (40 players) on Thursday October 21st with finalisation of touring team (22 players) to Pacific Islands made on Monday 8th November to participate in Oceania Cup on December 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th 2010

Hawks Cup Student Expression of Interest Form

AFL New Zealand has created a form to assist schools in ascertaining interest from students in regards to the Hawks Cup. The form has the opportunity to be returned to either a teacher in charge or an AFL New Zealand coordinator by a prescribed time.

Hawks Cup School Registration Form

All schools must complete a registration form before September 17th to compete in the Hawks Cup. Those applying after this date will be accepted on a case by case basis.

Hawks Cup Student Registration Form

A student registration form has also been provided to capture contact details for each student as well as permission for students to participate. If a student would like to investigate the opportunity to play AFL at his school he can return the form to AFL New Zealand . All those who register and participate will receive a free Hawks Benefit Pack.
